I am a certified coach holding the CPCC designation (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach).

I am also an active member of the ICF – International Coaches Federation, and the CAPC – Calgary Association of Professional Coaches. 

I have been coaching privately and in organizations since 2003.

  • I’ve been involved professionally in the field of adult education for over 20 years and believe we are meant to grow and evolve until we draw our last breath.
  • I have held long-term leadership positions in several large organizations and small businesses over my 25 year career.
  • I am a successful entrepreneur having founded and led a public company with over 70 employees.
  • I am a life partner to my husband of 26 years and a mom to two wonderful daughters.
  • I am committed to connecting deeply with my clients and to being a compassionate and persistent catalyst that calls forth the very best in them.
